When a client books, all of their info (name, email, session details, deliverables, even upsell rules) is already there. When you click Create gallery from their booking, Session knows exactly what they purchased — no re-typing, no guessing.
Galleries stay grouped by session or mini
Run minis? You’ll love this. As soon as you create the first gallery for a mini, Session creates a mini “album” so you can see every client for that mini, whether their gallery is published, scheduled, or not created yet, in one view. That makes batch delivery and organizing way easier than traditional gallery tools.
Built-in upselling (aka easy money)
If you set deliverables in your package (ex. 10 photos included) and your client favorites/downloads more than that, Session can automatically charge for the extras before they download. You can:
- charge per photo
- offer the full gallery for a flat fee
- even add a % off the entire gallery
No back-and-forth — they pay and download instantly.
Publish now or schedule
Upload, arrange, set the cover and schedule the gallery to go out later. Great for delivering multiple galleries at once or sticking to promised timelines.
Client-friendly access
Every gallery gets a client code so they can favorite and download. You can also add a gallery password for extra security. Sharing is as simple as Share gallery → send the invite email or copy the link.

From inside the gallery sidebar you can create a quick sneak peek — select a few photos, add music and a note, and send the excitement before the full gallery is ready.

From Galleries in the top nav you can see everything: family sessions, weddings, minis, unpublished galleries, how many photos, favorites, and downloads. For minis, you can even bulk publish/unpublish multiple client galleries at once.
