After a big mini day, you don’t have to open every single client gallery one by one to publish. Session lets you publish (or unpublish) multiple mini session galleries at once from the mini’s gallery album.
1. Go to Galleries
- Click Galleries in the top navigation.
- Find the mini session album for the mini you delivered (it appears once you create the first gallery for that mini).
- Click the album to open it.
You’ll see all clients for that mini — some with galleries created, some without yet.
2. Select the galleries you want to publish
- Hover over each gallery and check the box in the top right corner for the galleries that are ready to go out.
- You can select a few or all of them.
3. Click Publish
- After selecting, click Publish (or the bulk action button in your view).
- All selected galleries will be set to Published at once.
- Clients can now view/download based on the deliverables you set.
4. You can also bulk unpublish
Same place, same flow — just choose Unpublish instead. This is great if you sent galleries early to preview and want to close access for everyone at once.
Notes
- Bulk publishing does not delete or change photos — it only changes the published status.
- Make sure your deliverables and expiration settings are correct before publishing in bulk.
- You can still open any single gallery after to tweak, resend, or add a sneak peek.
