Filtering makes it super easy to find exactly the gallery you’re looking for — minis, full sessions, weddings, only unpublished ones, or even what’s scheduled to go out soon.
Here’s how it works 👇
1. Go to Galleries
- From the top navigation, click Galleries.
- You’ll see all your galleries in one place.
2. Filter by Type
Use this when you only want to see galleries from a certain kind of session.
- Click Type: All.
- Choose the session type you want to view — for example:
- Mini-Sessions
- Full Sessions
- Wedding
- Family Session
- Lifestyle
- Studio Session
- The list will instantly update to only show that type. ✅
(Perfect if you want to check on just your mini galleries or just your full session galleries.)
3. Filter by Status
Use this when you want to see what’s published, what’s still in progress, or what’s scheduled.
- Click Status: All.
- Choose one of:
- Published – live galleries your client can view
- Unpublished – drafted/not yet live galleries
- Scheduled – galleries that will publish automatically at a set date/time
- The view will update right away.
You can combine Type + Status — for example:
- Type: Mini-Sessions
- Status: Unpublished
…to quickly see which mini galleries you still need to send.
