Session galleries are already private because they live inside each client’s unique booking link — only people with that link can view them. But if you’re delivering something extra sensitive (like boudoir), you can add an extra layer of protection with a gallery password.
Add a password to a gallery
- Open the gallery you want to protect.
- In the left sidebar, scroll down and click “Private content?” (see screenshot you shared).
- In the Password field, type the password you want your client to use.
- Click Save.
That’s it — now anyone who opens that gallery will have to enter the password first.
Things to know
- This only protects that gallery — you can set different passwords per gallery.
- Share the password with your client however you prefer (email, text, DM).
- You can remove or change the password at any time by going back to Private content?
