How to password protect your galleries

Session galleries are already private because they live inside each client’s unique booking link — only people with that link can view them. But if you’re delivering something extra sensitive (like boudoir), you can add an extra layer of protection with a gallery password.

Add a password to a gallery

  1. Open the gallery you want to protect.
  2. In the left sidebar, scroll down and click “Private content?” (see screenshot you shared).
  3. In the Password field, type the password you want your client to use.
  4. Click Save.

That’s it — now anyone who opens that gallery will have to enter the password first.

Things to know

  • This only protects that gallery — you can set different passwords per gallery.
  • Share the password with your client however you prefer (email, text, DM).
  • You can remove or change the password at any time by going back to Private content?
