Every Session subscription comes with built-in gallery storage — enough to get you started and delivering galleries right away. When you begin uploading more sessions, weddings, or high-res galleries and you’re getting close to that included amount, you can add more storage with just a couple clicks.
1. See how much storage you have
- Go to Manage ▸ Gallery settings.
- Scroll to Gallery storage.
- You’ll see something like: 50 GB (1.26 GB used) — the first number is your current plan’s storage (included + any add-on), the second is how much you’ve used.
- This is where you’ll also see the Add more storage button.
2. Add more storage when you need it
- Click Add more storage.
- Choose the storage tier that fits how much you typically deliver (e.g. 100 GB, 500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB — options may vary).
- Confirm payment — the storage add-on is billed together with your Session subscription.
Now your account’s storage limit is higher, and you can keep uploading without cleaning out old galleries.
Good to know
- Unpublishing a gallery does not delete it; it just hides it from the client.

- If you’re consistently hitting the limit, it’s usually better to jump to the next tier so you’re not stopping mid-upload.
