Yes. Session is built so galleries live with bookings, so for clients who didn’t book through Session you just need to create a booking first — then you can create a gallery like normal.
Here’s the flow 👇
1. Create a full session
- Go to Sessions.
- Click New → New full session.
- Enter the client name and basic session info.
2. Manually book it for your client
- Open the session you just created.
- Click Actions → Book for client.
- Pick the package/price (or record what they already paid outside Session).
- Save.
Now you have a proper Session booking on file for that client.
3. Create the gallery
- From that booking, click Create gallery.
- Upload your images, set deliverables, and publish/share like any other gallery.
That’s it — the gallery is now tied to that booking even though the client originally booked you outside of Session.
