How to edit your Inquiry Form

Summary

Your Inquiry Form lets you capture leads from anywhere on your website and send them straight into Session as a new inquiry (with a client profile created automatically). You can embed the form inline, or add a floating pop-up button.

 

Steps

1. Open Inquiry Form in Session

2. Edit your form

  • Click Edit.

  • Update any of the following:

    • Questionnaire
      Select an optional questionnaire to collect more details up front.

    • Form title
      The heading shown at the top of the form.

    • Success message
      What clients see after submitting.

    • Button label
      Example: “Submit”, “Send inquiry”, “Get in touch”.

  • Click Save.
