By default, every new session type you create is private. That means it won’t show on your Booking Site until you tell Session, “Yep, I want clients to see this.” Here’s how to flip it on.
Steps
- Go to Manage > Session types.
- Open the session type you want to show publicly.
- Scroll to Additional properties.
- Find Keep private.
- Toggle it off (so it’s not kept private).
- You should see: “Showing on your booking site.” That means it’s public.
- Save.
Now that session type will appear on your Booking Site with your other public services and minis.
Why it starts private
We do this so you can set prices, packages, contracts, questionnaires, and gallery deliverables before anyone sees it. You stay in control of what’s “live.”
