Embed your inquiry form on your website. Inquiries land in Session. Once you've edited your inquiry form, you can embed it on your Squarespace website.
Before you start
- Squarespace may require a plan upgrade to enable Custom Embed Code.
- You can add your Inquiry Form to your site in two ways: embed it inline on a page, or add a floating button that opens the form in a pop-up.
Steps for inline embed
Copy and paste this code into an Embed or Code block on your website.
Copy your embed code from Session
Manage > Inquiry form > Get code
Click Copy code snippet under Embed code
Add embed code to Squarespace (inline embed)
Open Squarespace and go to the page where you want the Inquiry Form.
Hover over the page content and click Edit.
If your template already has a contact form block, hover over it and remove it.
Click the + (Add Block) button.
Choose Code, then paste the inline embed code you copied from Session.
If you see a “script disabled” message, you can ignore it. The form will still work on the live page.
Click Save.
Refresh or preview your page to confirm the form is showing.

Steps for floating button
Add a floating button pinned to the bottom right of your site that opens your form in a pop-up window. Paste this code snippet into your website's Custom Code area (Code Injection in the Header or Footer).
Copy your embed code from Session
Manage > Inquiry form > Get code
Customize your floating button by editing the Button text, background and text colors.
Click Copy code snippet
Add embed code to your Squarespace website
From within your website editor's sidebar, scroll to the bottom and click Code Injection
On the next screen, paste your code snippet in the Header box
Click Save
The button stays pinned to the bottom right of your site, so clients can send an inquiry from any page.
