Summary:
Questionnaires in Session help you collect extra details from clients during or after booking. You can ask about who is being photographed, locations, style, or anything you need to prep. You create the questionnaire once and attach it to the sessions that need it.
Where to create questionnaires
- Go to Manage → Questionnaires.
- Click New questionnaire.
- Give your questionnaire a clear title (for example, “Family session details”).
- Add your questions and save.
You can create as many questionnaires as you need for different session types.
Important to know
- Session already collects Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address (optional) during booking, so you do not need to ask for those again.
- All questions you add in the questionnaire are required for clients to submit, so keep them focused.
- Shorter questionnaires get answered more often.
Available question types
You can choose from several field types to match the information you need:
- Short text (great for names, locations, quick answers)
- Long text (great for “Tell me about your family” or “What vibe are you going for?”)
- Yes / No (quick confirmations like “Will there be pets?”)
- Dropdown list (pick one item from a list, for example location or package)
- Checkboxes (pick more than one, for example “Which products are you interested in?”)
- Statement (used to show info, not collect it, for example “Please arrive 10 minutes early.”)
