Summary:
You can attach questionnaires to your sessions so clients give you the information you need at the right time. Each session can have up to two questionnaires: one at booking and one after booking.
Types of questionnaires you can add
- Booking questionnaire
Shown during checkout. Use this for things you must know before the client books. - Post-booking questionnaire
Shown after the client books. Use this for details you need closer to the session date.
How to add a questionnaire to a session
- Create or edit a session in Session.
- On the session edit screen, scroll down to the Questionnaire section.
- Click Add questionnaire.
- Choose the questionnaire you want to use.
- Click Save.
How to add a post-booking questionnaire
- On the same session edit screen, scroll down to Post-booking questionnaire.
- Click Add questionnaire.
- Choose the questionnaire you want clients to see after booking.
- Click Save.
Notes
- Session already collects name, email, phone, and address (optional) during booking, so you do not need to ask for those again.
- Keep booking questionnaires short so clients can check out quickly.
- Use post booking questionnaires for weddings, events, or detailed sessions.
