How to add a post-booking questionnaire

What a post-booking questionnaire is

  • It becomes available to the client after the booking is complete.

  • You choose which questionnaire shows there.

  • Get final headcount, locations, or special notes closer to the session date

Example:
For weddings, book the client with a short questionnaire, then use a post-booking questionnaire 2 to 4 weeks before the date to collect timeline, family formals, locations, and vendor info.

How to add a post-booking questionnaire

  1. Create your questionnaire in Manage → Questionnaires.
  2. Edit the session or offer you want to use it on.
  3. Find the Post-booking questionnaire section.
  4. Click Add questionnaire
  5. Select the questionnaire you want to add.
  6. Save.

Now, when someone books that session, they will see the post-booking questionnaire available after booking.

Notes

  • Clients can complete it right after booking or later.
  • You can view and edit their answers from inside the booking.
  • Give questionnaires clear names like “Final session details” so clients know what it is for.
