How to edit client questionnaire answers after booking

Summary:
If a client submitted a questionnaire and you need to change something, you can update their answers from inside the booking. This is helpful when a client tells you about a change, an extra family member, or that they are bringing a pet after they booked. Your client will not be notified of your changes.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Sessions and open the session/booking.
  2. In the booking details, find the completed questionnaire.
  3. Click the questionnaire to open it.
  4. Click Edit answers.
  5. Update the answers as needed.
  6. Click Save.

The updated answers will now show in the booking so you have the correct information before the session.

Notes

  • This does not send an email to the client.
  • Use this when a client gives you updates over text, DM, or phone and you want the information stored in Session.
  • Keeping answers accurate helps anyone on your team see the latest details.
