My booking site URL is showing “Not Found”

If your Booking Site suddenly says “Not Found”, it’s usually because your Session subscription is canceled or inactive. When the subscription is not active, public-facing pages (like your Booking Site) stop working.

What to do

  1. Log in to Session.
  2. Go to Manage > Account.
  3. Scroll to Subscription.
  4. Click Manage subscription and reactivate / choose a plan.

As soon as your subscription is active again, your Booking Site URL should start working.
