That’s the one we send right after you sign up for the free trial to confirm it’s really you. Try this:
1. Check spam/junk/promotions
Search for “Session” or “verification code” — some inboxes tuck it away.
2. Make sure you entered the right email
If you mistyped your email during signup, the code went to the wrong place. Go back and start signup again with the correct email.
3. Click “resend code”
On the verification screen, request a new code. Use the newest one — older codes may no longer work.
4. Give it a minute
Some providers (especially work/school emails) can be a bit slow.
5. Using a company/school email?
Your IT filter may block automated emails. If possible, sign up with a personal email (Gmail, iCloud, Outlook) or ask your admin to allow Session emails.
