Here are a few quick things to check:
1. Check spam/junk/promotions
Sometimes reset emails get filtered. Search for “Session” or “password reset” in your inbox.
2. Make sure you used the right email
You must request the reset for the email you used to sign up for Session. If you have more than one email, try the other one.
3. Resend the reset email
Go back to the Forgot password page and submit it again. Typo = no email.
4. Give it a minute
Most emails arrive right away, but some providers can take a couple minutes.
5. Check with your domain/company email
If you’re using a custom/office email, the message might be blocked by your company filter. Try your personal email or ask your admin to whitelist Session emails.
6. Still not getting it?
Reach out to us and tell us the email you’re trying to log in with — we can help verify the account and get you back in.
