We have a safety filter to stop bad actors from signing up and blasting huge email lists. Sometimes real photographers hit that limit too — especially when emailing a large mini, waitlist, or past clients.
What to do
- Contact support and tell us you hit the email limit.
- We’ll verify your account and can lift the restriction so you can email your people.
This is just to keep deliverability good for everyone. Once you’re verified, you should be able to send normally.
