If your payment isn’t going through, try these quick checks:
Confirm your card details
Go to Manage > Account scroll down to Subscription and click Update payment method. Re-enter the card number, expiry, CVC, and billing address. A single digit off will cause a decline.
Use a supported card
Session bills in USD, and we process payments online — some prepaid, virtual, or region-restricted cards may be declined by your bank.
Try another card
If your bank can’t approve the charge, add a different credit/debit card under Update payment method.
