How to filter your client list

Summary:
You can filter the Clients page to quickly find the people you want to follow up with. You can filter by session type and by client status (all, booked, not booked).

Open the client list

  1. From the top navigation, click Clients.
  2. You will see your full list of clients.

Filter by session type

  1. At the top left of the client list, click the All sessions dropdown.
  2. Choose the session type you want to view, for example:
    • Mini Sessions
    • Full Sessions
    • Family Session
    • Newborn
    • Wedding
  3. The list will update to show only clients tied to that session type.

This is helpful when you want to see everyone who has booked a specific service.

Filter by client status

Next to the session filter you will see:

  • All clients
  • Booked
  • Not booked

Pick one to narrow the list.

Not booked includes unfinished bookings, inquiries, waitlists, and gift card buyers. This is a good list to export or follow up on.
