How to edit a client

Summary:
You can update a client’s contact information and notes from the Clients page or from inside a booked session. This helps you keep emails, phone numbers, and names correct in Session.

Edit a client from the Clients page

  1. From the top navigation, click Clients.
  2. Find and click the client you want to edit. This opens the Client details panel.
  3. Click Edit client.
  4. Update the fields you need, such as name, email, or phone.
  5. Click Save.

Edit a client from a session

  1. Open the booked session.
  2. Click View client file.
  3. Click Edit client.
  4. Make your changes and Save.

Notes

  • Keep emails up to date so booking and gallery emails go to the right place.
  • You can also add internal notes to the client in the Client details panel.
  • Changes here do not change past emails that were already sent.
