Summary:
Client notes let you keep extra information about a client right inside Session. You can use notes for things like kids’ names, preferred locations, how they heard about you, or anything you want your team to see the next time they book.
Add a note from the Clients page
- From the top navigation, click Clients.
- Click the client you want to update. This opens the Client details panel.
- Look for the Notes area.
- Type your note.
- Click Save.
Add a note from a booked session
- Open the booked session.
- Click View client file.
- In the client details window, find the Notes area.
- Add your note and save.
What to use notes for
- Preferred locations or times of day
- Family or kids’ names
- “Always books fall minis” or “Likes studio over outdoor”
- Important accessibility or timing info
- Any follow up you want to remember
Notes
Notes are internal. Clients do not see them.
