How to add a contract to a mini session

Summary:
You can require clients to sign a contract when they book a mini session. This lets clients book, sign, answer questions, and pay in one flow. Mini sessions can have up to two contracts if you need clients to agree to more than one set of terms.

Before you start

  • You have already created your contract in Manage → Contracts.
  • You know which contract or contracts you want to use for this mini.

Steps

  1. Navigate to your mini session and click Actions   Edit.
  2. Scroll down to the Contract section..
  3. Click Add contract.
  4. Choose the contract you want to attach.
  5. Click Save.

If you need a second contract (e.g., Model release), you can add it under Additional contract in the below section.

What your clients see

  • When they book this mini session, they will see the contract or contracts in the booking flow.
  • They must sign before completing the booking.
  • The signed contract will be stored on the booking.

Notes

  • Use two contracts if you have general studio terms plus a location or model release.
  • Smart fields in your contract will auto fill client and session information.
