How to change packages on a booked session

Sometimes a client upgrades, downgrades, or simply picks the wrong option during booking — no problem. You can swap the package on an already booked full session right from the booking.

Where to change the package

  1. Open the booking (Sessions ➜ find the session ➜ click the client).
  2. Click Actions in the top-right of the booking.
  3. Choose Change package. (See screenshot you shared — that’s the one ✅)

Pick the new package

  • A “Change package” window will open.
  • Open the dropdown, select the package you want the client to have.
  • Click Change package to save.

That’s it — the booking now reflects the new package.

What does this affect?

  • The session will show the new package name and price/deliverables tied to that package.
  • If the new package total is different, Session will adjust the booking accordingly (just like when you change a session fee).
  • This is the cleanest way to fix “whoops, they meant to pick Package 2!”
