I accidentally marked a session as “paid in full.” How can I change it?

Right now, if a booking has been marked Paid in full by mistake, you won’t be able to undo or adjust that payment status yourself from inside Session.

To fix it, you’ll need to contact our team and tell us which booking needs to be updated. We can adjust the payment status on our end.

When you reach out, include:

  • Your name
  • Your session email address
  • Client name
  • Session name
  • What the payment status should be (for example, “should be partially paid” or “should be unpaid”)
