Sometimes you need to take a breather—maybe you’re reviewing inquiries, changing locations, or updating packages. Instead of unpublishing your mini (which hides it), you can pause bookings. Pausing keeps the mini session visible to clients, but no one can grab a spot until you’re ready again.
Here’s how:
- Open the mini session you want to pause.
- Click Actions in the top right.
- Choose Pause bookings.
- In the confirmation window, click Pause bookings again to confirm.
What happens when bookings are paused:
- ✅ Clients can still view your mini session page, but they can’t book.
- ✅ All automated emails (reminders, confirmations, follow-ups) will still go out for people who already booked.
- ✅ You can unpause anytime to start taking bookings again.
To resume bookings:
- Go back to Actions → Unpause (you’ll see the option when it’s paused).
When to use this:
- You’re close to full and want to control who gets the last spots.
- You need to update the date, description, or add-ons.
- You want to keep marketing the mini but temporarily stop signups.
