How to make a copy of a mini session

Running another round of the same minis? Perfect. You can duplicate an existing mini session so you don’t have to rebuild everything from scratch.

Here’s how:

1. Open the mini session you want to copy.
2. In the top right, click Actions.
3. Click Make a copy.
4. Session will create a new mini session with the same setup as the original (title, packages and fees, add-ons, contracts, questionnaires, waitlist setting, email settings, etc.).
5. Open the copy and update anything that’s different this time (date, location, number of spots, price, images).
6. When you’re ready, Publish the copied mini so it shows on your Booking site and Link in bio.

Why this is helpful

• Keeps your branding and settings consistent.
• Saves time when you do seasonal minis (fall, holiday, spring, motherhood).
• Lets you tweak just the parts that change, like date and price.

Note: Bookings from the original mini do not copy over. The new mini starts fresh.
