How to add a client gallery to a booked session (final edits)

Session lets you deliver galleries right from the booking. No separate app. No extra links. Everything about the client and the session is already there.

Here’s how to add a gallery for a booked mini (same flow for other booked sessions).

1. Open the booking

  1. Go to Sessions and open your mini session.
  2. Click the booked spot for the client you want to deliver to.
  3. In the booking details window, find Client gallery and click Create gallery.

A brand new client gallery opens instantly, already connected to that booking.

2. Your gallery is prefilled for you

Because galleries in Session live with the booking:

  • The client name and info are already attached.
  • The deliverables you set in Packages and fees (example: 15 photos, upsell enabled) are already there.
  • You do not have to create a separate gallery or retype client details.

Magic.

3. Upload and customize

Inside the gallery:

  1. Click Add photos or drag and drop your images.
  2. Reorder or shuffle if you want.
  3. Pick a cover photo from Actions.
  4. If the gallery should go out later, set Schedule. Otherwise you can publish when ready.

4. Publish and share

When the gallery looks good:

  1. Toggle Published.
  2. Click Share gallery.
  3. Choose to send the built-in gallery email to your client or copy the gallery link.

Your client will use the client code shown in the sidebar. This code lets them favorite and download images.

5. Add extra security (optional)

If you want the gallery to be private:

  • Click Private content? in the left sidebar.
  • Set a password for the gallery.

6. Send a Sneak peek

From the sidebar you can create a Sneak peek. Choose a few photos, pick music and a message, and send something fun to your client before the full gallery is ready.

7. Track activity

From the sidebar you can see:

  • Favorites your client picked
  • Downloads
  • Deliverables for that booking
