The waitlist helps you keep booking momentum even after your mini session is full. People who missed a spot can add themselves to the list and you can invite them to book if someone cancels or you add more spots.
Here is how to turn it on or off.
Turn on the waitlist
- Go to your Sessions and open the mini session you want.
- On the mini overview screen you will see a Waitlist section near the top.
- Toggle Waitlist ON.
- That is it. Now when the mini is full, clients will see the option to join your waitlist.
You can also enable it from Edit session → Session details if you are still setting up the mini.
What happens when it is on
- Once all spots are booked, clients can join the waitlist.
- You can see everyone on the list right from the mini overview.
- If a spot opens, you can reach out to people on the list and fill it fast.
- This keeps people engaged and excited about your offer.
Boost sales with the waitlist. If your minis tend to sell out, keep the line open.
Turn off the waitlist
- Open the mini session.
- In the Waitlist section, toggle OFF.
When it is off, clients will no longer see the option to join the waitlist. Anyone already on the list will remain visible to you.
Tips
- Turn it on before you publish the mini so it is ready when you sell out.
- Use it for high demand minis like holiday, Santa, or studio pop ups.
- If you add more spots later, you already have people to contact.
