You can control when your mini is visible to clients with a single toggle. This is helpful when you want to build the mini first, send it privately to VIPs, and only later show it on your Booking Site and Link in bio.
Where to find the publish toggle
- Go to Sessions.
- Open the mini you want.
- On the right side of the mini overview screen you’ll see the status box (Published / Unpublished) with a toggle.
Publish your mini
- Switch the toggle on.
- Your mini will now show on:
- your Booking Site
- your Link in bio (if you’re using it)
- Clients can now book any available spots.
Unpublish your mini
- Switch the toggle off.
- The mini will be hidden from your Booking Site and Link in bio.
- Existing bookings, spots, notes, and analytics stay in place.
- You can republish at any time.
Sharing the link while unpublished
Even if your mini is unpublished, the session link in the right panel is active. You can copy it and share it privately with select clients before everyone else sees it. Great for VIPs, repeat clients, or early bird pricing.
Notes
- Publish only when your date, packages, contracts, and questionnaires are set.
- You can still reserve or make spots premium from the mini overview before publishing.
