Summary:
Your Session booking site is the public page clients see when they want to book with you. It can show your published mini sessions, public session types, and gift cards. You can also make it look and feel like your brand. Everything is edited in one place.
To edit it, go to Manage → Booking site and click Edit booking site.
Below is what you can customize.
Style
In Style you set the overall look.
- Fonts: pick from paired fonts so your booking site and galleries look consistent.

Button color and style: choose the color and whether buttons are solid or outline.
This gives your booking site a clean, branded feel right away.
Logo
In Logo you can replace your business name with your actual logo.
- Upload your logo image
- Adjust the image height so it looks good in the header
This is the quickest way to make the page feel like you.
Image gallery
In Image gallery you can add photos that show your work.
- Upload up to 10 images
- Reorder them
- Adjust the image gap
This is perfect for showing the kinds of sessions you want people to book.
About
In About you can add a short intro about who you are and what you photograph.
- Add a section title
- Write your welcome message
- Add an image
- Choose text alignment
This helps new clients trust that they are booking the right photographer.
Testimonials
In Testimonials you can add client quotes.
- Add the quote
- Add the client name
Social proof on the booking page helps people finish the booking.
Sessions
In Sessions you decide how your offers show up.
- Add a section title such as “Book a session”
- Choose to display sessions in a grid
- Choose to show session descriptions
Your published mini sessions and public session types will show here.
Inquiry
In Inquiry you can show an inquiry button when you do not have public sessions listed.
- Turn on Show inquiry button
- Add the message clients will see after sending you a note
This is useful if you are booked out or only take custom work.
FAQs
In FAQs you can add the common questions clients ask.
- Click Add FAQ
- Add the question and the answer
Putting FAQs right on the booking site keeps your booking flow shorter because clients already know what to expect.
Require client address during booking
At the bottom you can choose to require addresses during booking. Turn it on only if you really need it.
