Problem logging in to Session

Common reasons you cannot log in

  • Wrong email or password
  • You signed up with a different email
  • Password reset email did not arrive
  • Temporary browser issue

Check your email and password

  1. Go to the Session login page.
  2. Enter the email you used when you created your Session account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. If you see an error, try again and make sure caps lock is off.

If you still see an error, continue to the next step.

Reset your password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your Session email.
  3. Check your inbox for the reset email.
  4. Click the link and create a new password.
  5. Go back to the login page and try again.

If you did not receive the email:

  • Check spam or promotions.
  • Wait a minute and click Resend.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email.

Make sure you are using the right email

Some users have more than one email for business. Try any of these:

  • Your business email
  • The email you used during the free trial

Session will only log you in if the email matches the one on your account.

Try another browser or device

  • Open Session in an incognito or private window.
  • Try another browser.
  • If it works there, clear cookies and cache on your main browser and try again.

Contact Session support if:

  • You no longer have access to the email on the account
  • You are getting an error that does not match the situations above
