How to log in to Session

Summary:
You can log in to Session from the website using the email and password you used when you created your account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it from the sign in page.

Before you start

• You already created a Session account.
• You have access to the email you used for Session.
• Your browser is up to date.

Steps to sign in

1. Go to the Session website.
2. Click Log in.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click Log in to open your dashboard.

If you forgot your password

1. On the sign in page, click Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address you use for Session.
3. Check your email for the password reset link.
4. Open the link and create a new password.
5. Go back to the log in page and log in with your new password.

Troubleshooting

I see “invalid email or password.”
Check for typos. Make sure caps lock is off. Try resetting your password if you are not sure.

I did not get the reset email.
Check spam or promotions. Wait a minute and try Resend. Make sure you entered the same email you used to sign up.
