How to change your payment information

Summary:
You can update the card on file for your Session subscription from your account settings. This is the card we will use for future subscription renewals.

Before you start

  • You are logged in to Session.
  • You have the new card details ready.
  • You have permission to update billing for your account.

Steps

  1. In Session, go to Manage → Account.
  2. Scroll down to the Subscription section.
  3. Click Update payment method.
  4. Enter your new card information.
  5. Click Update to save your changes.

What happens next

  • Your new card will be used for your next billing cycle.
  • If your previous payment failed, updating your card may retry the charge.

Troubleshooting

  • My new card was not accepted
    Check that the number, expiration date, CVC, and postal code are correct. Try another card if available.
  • I updated the card but was still charged on the old one
    This can happen if the renewal was already in progress. Future renewals will use the new card.
