Summary:
You can update the card on file for your Session subscription from your account settings. This is the card we will use for future subscription renewals.
Before you start
- You are logged in to Session.
- You have the new card details ready.
- You have permission to update billing for your account.
Steps
- In Session, go to Manage → Account.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section.
- Click Update payment method.
- Enter your new card information.
- Click Update to save your changes.
What happens next
- Your new card will be used for your next billing cycle.
- If your previous payment failed, updating your card may retry the charge.
Troubleshooting

My new card was not accepted
Check that the number, expiration date, CVC, and postal code are correct. Try another card if available. -
I updated the card but was still charged on the old one
This can happen if the renewal was already in progress. Future renewals will use the new card.
