Summary:
You can update the business name on your Session account from your account settings. Once you change it, the new name will appear anywhere clients see your brand, including your booking site and emails.
Before you start
- You are logged in to Session.
- You know the exact business name you want to display to clients.
Steps
- In Session, go to Manage → Account.
- Click Edit profile.
- In the slide in panel, find the Business name field.
- Update your business name.
- Click Update profile to save your changes.
Important
The new business name will show in client facing places such as emails, contracts, your booking site, and other places where Session uses your business name.
Troubleshooting

I do not see the change yet.
Refresh the page or open your booking link in a private window. -
My emails still show the old name.
Check that you clicked Update profile and that the email you are viewing is a new one, not an older notification.
