Because Session sends all payments straight to your own payment provider (Stripe, Square, or PayPal), Session doesn’t process refunds automatically when you cancel a session. Refunds must be done in the payment provider you connected.
Important notes
- Session can’t reverse or adjust payment-provider fees — those follow your provider’s rules.
- Canceling a session in Session ≠ refund. Always refund in the provider.
