Summary:
The Session calendar gives you a quick view of everything you have booked. You can open it from the main header navigation. From here you can see upcoming sessions, click into a booking, block off time, and get to your availability settings. You can also connect Session to your Google and Apple calendars to keep everything in sync.
What you can do from the calendar
- See all sessions booked on a single view
- Open a session to view details or contact the client
- Block time so clients cannot book or submit inquiries for that date or time
- Go to your availability settings to adjust what clients can book
- Keep your schedule in sync with your personal calendar
How to open the calendar
- Log in to Session.
- In the main header navigation, click Calendar.
- Your calendar will open in the default view.
Working with sessions on the calendar
- Click a session to view details, client info, and actions.
- Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to move between months.
How to block off time
- Open Calendar.
- Click Block off time
- Select the date(s) and time you want to block.
- Click Block off time.
Once blocked, clients will not be able to book or send inquiries for that time.
Quick access to availability
From the calendar you can open your availability settings so you can:
- Adjust booking hours
- Update which days are open for self booking
Connect with Google and Apple calendars
You can connect Session with your Google and Apple calendars so your events stay up to date in both places. This helps prevent double booking and keeps your personal schedule and Session schedule together.
