Session connects to a handful of tools you already use, so your bookings, clients, and marketing stay in sync without extra work. You can manage everything from Manage → Integrations.
What you can connect
1. Google Calendar
Sync your Session bookings to Google Calendar so you always see your shoots next to your personal schedule.
2. Apple Calendar (iCloud)
Same idea as Google, but for Apple Calendar users—keep Session bookings visible on your Apple devices.
3. Flodesk
Automatically send new Session clients to your Flodesk list so they can enter your welcome sequence, newsletter, or promos.
4. Mailchimp
Prefer Mailchimp? Connect it and Session will push new clients to your list for ongoing email marketing.
5. Meta / Facebook Pixel
Add your pixel so you can track booking traffic and conversions from ads or social.
How to connect an integration
- Go to Manage → Integrations.
- Find the integration you want.
- Click Connect (or Edit if it’s already connected).
- Follow the prompts for that service.
That’s it—once connected, Session will keep things in sync automatically (the exact behavior depends on the integration).
