You can cancel from your subscription manager.
Steps
- Go to Manage > Account.
- Scroll down to Subscription and click Manage subscription.
- In the popup window, click Cancel subscription.
- Review what you’ll lose, pick a reason, and confirm.
What to expect
- New bookings stop
- Clients can’t pay remaining balances
- Galleries will be deleted after 30 days
- Email workflows stop
- Your booking data is preserved, so you can reactivate later
