How to cancel your Session subscription

You can cancel from your subscription manager.

Steps

  1. Go to Manage > Account.
  2. Scroll down to Subscription and click Manage subscription.
  3. In the popup window, click Cancel subscription.
  4. Review what you’ll lose, pick a reason, and confirm.

What to expect

  • New bookings stop
  • Clients can’t pay remaining balances
  • Galleries will be deleted after 30 days
  • Email workflows stop
  • Your booking data is preserved, so you can reactivate later
