How do I issue refunds?

Since session payments go directly to your connected account (Stripe, Square, or PayPal), we do not automatically issue refunds when you cancel a client session. You will have to issue refunds within the payment provider you have connected to your Session account.


Tip: When you cancel a session, we will give you a direct link to that payment inside the third-party payment provider.
